2. Account Registration

To submit projects or use certain features, you must sign in with your GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and for all activity that occurs through your VibeShare account.

3. Project Submissions

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to VibeShare. By submitting a project, you grant VibeShare a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your submission on the platform and related marketing channels.

Content Guidelines

Submitted projects must:

• Be your own work or work you have permission to list
• Not contain malware, spam, or malicious content
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Not promote illegal activities or harmful content
• Have accurate and truthful descriptions

Review Process

All submissions are subject to review. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our discretion. We aim to review submissions within 24 hours.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for spam or unsolicited promotion
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or infrastructure
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to interact with the platform without permission

5. Intellectual Property

The VibeShare platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of VibeShare. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission. Project listings and their content remain the property of their respective submitters.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any project listings. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or safety of listed projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

VibeShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the platform (which is zero, as VibeShare is free).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, your project listings may be removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
