Build a private investor-relations portal where founders publish monthly or quarterly updates — headline metrics, founder narrative, asks, and KPI trend charts — to their cap-table audience. Investors log in with read-only access and every view is silently logged, giving the founder a clear read-receipt dashboard. It's the cleanest, most professional way to keep your investors informed between board meetings.
